The AME Surgical Journal (AME Surg J; ISSN: 2788-578X; Indexed in ESCI) is an open access, peer-reviewed electronic journal focused on the advancement of surgical science and practice. It aims to provide an international platform for researchers and clinicians of various specialties to share, learn, and discuss the latest advancements and state-of-the-art research in surgery. The scope of ASJ includes Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Lung Surgery, Esophageal Surgery, Gastric Surgery, Colorectal Surgery, Hepatobiliary Surgery, Breast Surgery, Neurosurgery, Urological Surgery, Pediatric Surgery, Transplantation, Anesthesiology, etc. Submission topics include the intricacies of surgical techniques, the latest advancements, innovative approaches, perioperative management, and any other aspect related to surgery. Moreover, ASJ features publishing advanced visual materials such as surgical videos, which will also be archived and highlighted in ASVIDE (AME Surgical Video Database, www.asvide.com), a surgical video database owned by the AME Publishing Company.
The Jiangsu Research Hospital Association, initiated by Professor Ling Lu (Vice President of Xuzhou Medical University and Editor-in-Chief of ASJ) and other experts in the field, is an academic, non-profit organization. It was co-established by Nanjing Medical University, Southeast University, China Pharmaceutical University, Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, Jiangnan University, and Yangzhou University. The Association is dedicated to exploring the development theories and construction plans of research-oriented hospitals, supporting the development of the healthcare industry and the biomedical industry.
